Shipping coverage We currently ship to serviceable cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Order processing Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service availability.

Shipping fees Free shipping is available on orders of SAR 250 or more. A flat shipping fee of SAR 10 applies to all orders below SAR 250. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on delivery Cash on delivery may be available for eligible destinations. Any applicable cash-on-delivery fee is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order tracking Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent by SMS and/or email.

Delays Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, public holidays or peak-sale periods. We will provide available updates when a material delay is known.

Failed delivery Please provide a complete and accurate address and remain available to receive the shipment. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery or reshipping fees may apply.
